Mini Tacos

Mini tacos are of the smallest size, fully packed with flavors of meat mixed with fresh toppings. Perfect for parties, these tacos are super easy to make and really crowd-pleasing!

  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • Prepare the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, add the cooked ground beef or shredded chicken. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir until heated through and well mixed.
  • Warm the tortillas: Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and flexible. You can also wrap them in foil and warm in the oven.
  • Assemble the tacos: Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Serve: Arrange your Mini Tacos on a platter and enjoy them with friends and family!
