Taquitos de Pollo (Chicken Taquitos) are crispy rolled tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese. Perfect as a tasty snack or party appetizer, these taquitos are sure to be a hit!
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 12 small corn tortillas
